Dr. Ginn Bonsu Assibey is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Communication Design at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He holds a Doctorate in Technology in Design from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa; a Master of Arts in African Art & Culture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from KNUST. His research spans sustainable design, brand communication, design for social innovation, up-cycling and emerging advertising strategies, particularly in the context of climate change. He supervises undergraduate and postgraduate research, serves as an External Examiner and Visiting Lecturer in South Africa and the UK.
